This is the personal site and weblog of SmhPhotos and is currently in it’s second version.

Over the years I’ve had the good fortune to take a few photos that myself and others have really enjoyed,  leading me to decide recently it was time to ”take it up a notch” and try and develop (no pun intended) this “soft spot” into a full on hobby. The images you see on this site were acquired over the last couple of years with various cameras and equipment, primarily an Olympus Sp560 UZ and Canon EOS 40 D.

While researching some of the equipment I’ve used it occured to me that I should also include various reviews and information on a bunch of different photography equipment on the site to keep it up to date and informative. As such I have affiliated with Amazon.com to bring product guides and information to the site. Additionally I hope to be able to provide additional content in the form of tips and tricks scoured from around the net if time permits…

The site will be under continuous development for quite some time so check back often for new reviews and images.
